So this is the 100th post here on Math Misery. What better way to celebrate it with my first comic! Eventually, I’ll have a separate location for these, but for now, I’ll try to post a new comic every Friday on the blog.
Enjoy!
[Note to readers! I am hoping that eventually the artwork will catch up with the jokes and that the jokes will eventually catch up to being funny. If you have any suggestions, tips, exercises, guidance, etc. to help me improve the artwork, please tell me! I’d love if you left a comment with your suggestions (or anything else you want to say).]
Nice, but “I metaphor” is not and cannot be a meaningful sentence, so this lacks the (necessary) oomph that comes from the quantum jump one needs to induce in the audience between two valid interpretations of the same material. You might like Koestler on humor: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Act_of_Creation.
Keep it up!
Hmm, maybe I could’ve said “I once metaphor, literally.”?
Sweet!
That’s great.
