Cryptarithmetic Puzzles for 2023, Puzzle #1

In 2017, I published 86 cryptarithmetic puzzles. Then for various life reasons, things went on hold. Now, six years later, the puzzles are coming back! If you want to see if the first one and then go down the rabbit hole, you can find it here.

The first puzzle I published asked you to solve ZEROES + ONES = BINARY, where each letter is a unique digit between 0 and 9 inclusive. By example, if you thought that E should be 4, then all Es would be 4 and no other letter could be 4. At the end of this post are spoilers, in case you want to see the solution.

So, to kick off 2023, can you solve TWO X SIX = TWELVE? It’s definitely on the harder side. I’m going to upload a new puzzle regularly (ideally daily!). If you want to suggest a puzzle or a theme, just send me a tweet at @shahlock
